RESIDENTIAL HIGHLIGHTS

  • New listings (3,971) increased 16.1% from the 3,419 listed in May 2020, and decreased 2.3% from the 4,065 listed in April 2021.
  • Pending sales (3,717) increased 19.4.% from the 3,112 offers accepted in May 2020, and increased 9.3% from the 3,400 offers accepted in April 2021.
  • Closed sales (3,183) increased 62.1% from the 1,963 closings in May 2020, and increased 8.0% from the 2,946 closings in April 2021.

AVERAGE & MEDIAN SALE PRICES

Comparing 2021 to 2020 through May, the average sale price has increased 18.9% from $465,600 to $553,500. In the same comparison, the median sale price has increased 17.0% from $419,000 to $490,200.

  • New listings (1,055) increased 8.7% from the 971 listed in May 2020, and decreased 6.1% from the 1,123 listed in April 2021.
  • Pending sales (1,039) increased16.5% from the 892 offers acceptedin May 2020, and increased 13.4%from the 916 offers accepted inApril 2021.  
  • Closed sales (832) increased44.2% from the 577 closings in May2020, and increased 0.7% from the826 closings in April 2021.  

AVERAGE & MEDIAN SALE PRICES

Comparing 2021 to 2020through May, the average saleprice has increased 18.2% from$419,400 to $495,800. In the samecomparison, the median sale pricehas increased 14.1% from $386,400to $441,000.

  • Closed sales (144) increased 12.5% from the 128 closings in May 2020, and increased 0.7% from the 143 closings in April 2021.

Comparing 2021 to 2020 through May, the average sale price has increased 22.5% from $243,500 to $298,400. In the same comparison, the median sale price has increased 20.0% from $225,000 to $269,900.

  • Closed sales (141) increased 23.7% from the 114 closings in May 2020, and decreased 9.0% from the 155 closings in April 2021.

AVERAGE & MEDIAN SALE PRICES

Comparing 2021 to 2020 through May, the average sale price has increased 33.0% from $375,900 to $499,900. In the same comparison, the median sale price has increased 26.3% from $336,500 to $424,900.
